Lenard Njoroge

Lenard is a seasoned Microfinance professional with over thirteen (13) years’ experience in the fields of Credit Analysis and Administration, Business Development, People Management, Finance, and Operative Management in the Microfinance sector in Kenya. He joined Incredo in 2015 as it’s first employee, and was pivotal in establishing the operations of the company. He has a proven performance track record and is passionate about empowering communities through the provision of innovative financial solutions. He holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the Methodist University and a Diploma in Management from the Technical University of Kenya.
